Atlas Brew Works Celebrates Nationals Home Opener, Ivy City Grand Reopening
April brings sports, new hours, expanded seating, National Beer Day, and more
Washington, DC—Atlas Brew Works announced new spring hours for both its Ivy City and Half Street Brewery & Tap Room locations. This April, celebrate the Washington Nationals and DC United’s Home Openers at Atlas’ Half Street location, commemorate Ivy City’s full on-premises reopening, and enjoy National Beer Day specials at both locations.
Nationals Home Opener – Thursday, April 1
In celebration of its one-year anniversary since opening and the Washington Nationals Home Opener, enjoy $5 pints of Bullpen Pilsner from 12pm to 4pm at Atlas Brew Works Half Street Brewery & Tap Room location. Enjoy 28 new tables on its expanded patio, The Garden, now open between Half and Van Streets SE, and new draft cocktail offerings, the Blood Orange Margarita and Grapefruit Spritz. Those visiting Nationals Park this season will find Atlas brews throughout the ballpark. Fans can find Ponzi IPA at District Draft carts while club seat members can enjoy Bullpen Pilsner, brewed in partnership with the Washington Nationals.
Easter at Ivy City Brewery & Tap Room – Sunday, April 4

National Beer Day – Wednesday, April 7
Celebrate National Beer Day with Atlas Brew Works. On Wednesday, April 7, both the Ivy City and Half Street locations will offer $5 pints of Atlas’ core and seasonal beers for on-premises consumption.

Ivy City Brewery & Tap Room Grand Reopening – Saturday, April 10
Now that Atlas’ Ivy City location has reopened for on-premises dining and drinking, the team is celebrating with all-day grand reopening specials. On Saturday, April 10, Atlas Ivy City will debut its wine, barrel-aged beer bottle service, and cocktail menus for those craving something different. Enjoy expanded patio seating, over double the size of the original outdoor space, Sommer Street Pizza offerings, and $5 pints of all core and seasonal beers for on-premises consumption. DC United Home Opener – Saturday, April 17
Those attending DC United’s Home Opener on Saturday, April 17, are invited to stop by the Half Street Brewery & Tap Room for craft beer and Andy’s Pizza offerings before or after the game.
New Brewery & Tap Room Hours
Atlas Ivy City (2052 West Virginia Ave NE #102) is open for limited indoor dining, curbside pickup, and patio offerings from 1pm to 9pm daily, Monday through Sunday. Starting April 5, Atlas Half Street (1201 Half Street SE #120) will open for indoor, carryout, and patio offerings at 11am every day and close at midnight Monday through Saturday and 10pm on Sunday.
