Atlas Brew Works Releases German-Style Lager, Festbier

Solar-powered brewery celebrates seasonal release with tap room and market events

Washington, DC—Atlas Brew Works is excited to announce its newest seasonal release, Festbier. With an increased hop profile, lighter in color and body than a traditional Oktoberfest beer, Festbier results in a more drinkable lager. The Atlas team is constantly working on improving their processes so this year’s Festbier will be even more delicious than before. Festbier is now available to enjoy at both tap rooms as well as market locations.

In celebration of Atlas’ seasonal release, guests are invited to join the solar-powered craft brewery for events at both tap room locations. Enjoy Oktoberfest-themed foods, music, and discounts on six-packs and merch at Atlas Half Street Brewery & Tap Room, during DC Beer Week on Thursday, September 23, from 6pm to 9pm, and at Atlas Ivy City Brewery & Tap Room on Saturday, October 2, from 1pm to 4pm. Grab a $10 ticket for a 32oz stein ($5 refills) or a $15 ticket for a 64oz stein ($10 refills). Tickets can be purchased through Atlas’ Half Street and Ivy City Toast accounts.

To celebrate all things Oktoberfest, join Atlas for release events at market partners throughout the DMV including Metrobar (August 12), Gilly’s Beer & Wine (August 21), Pinstripes Bethesda (August 27), Cugini’s (October 1), and Stan & Joe’s Riverside (October 8).
