Chef Tony Gallotto Unveils Fall Weekend Limitless Brunch Menu at Proper21K

CHEF TONY GALLOTTO UNVEILS FALL WEEKEND LIMITLESS BRUNCH MENU AT PROPER 21K
Ninety-Minute Culinary Journey of Nine Rounds
Washington, D.C. (October 7, 2020) – Foggy Bottom’s high-end sports bar and restaurant, Proper 21K, is proud to announce its weekend limitless brunch offerings today. Local chef, Tony Gallotto and the Proper 21 team will take guests on a ninety-minute culinary journey through nine rounds of brunch eats. Guests can enjoy brunch every Saturday and Sunday starting at 11:30AM until the last round of seating at 2:30PM. Free flowing food will be available for $34 per person and bottomless brunch cocktails is $15 per person. All members of a party must participate in brunch.
Boston native, chef Gallotto’s fall menu items include a twist on the popular home fries’ papas brava, tuna-filled poke nachos, a sizzling bacon mac skillet, Akuma eggs, veggie strata and more. In addition to these items, four courses which are curated weekly will be brought to each table. Guests can also quench on a variety of cocktails such ranging from a selection of mimosas to bourbon peach teas and bloody Mary’s to grapefruit rattlers.
An added bonus to Sunday brunch includes a virtual streaming of the NFL Sunday Ticket. The new spot, Proper 21K, is named for its central location on K Street has over 12 70-inch televisions with all Sunday football channels to cheer on your team. Proper 21K’s expansive 2,000-square foot outdoor seating patio welcomes guests on a first-come, first-served basis and is open during brunch hours and the request to sit there can be made in the reservation.
