WHAT: SEVEN Restaurant, Reston’s newest, chef-driven European-inspired dining destination, is now open in Reston, Virginia. Nestled on the first floor of the new, state-of-the-art AC Hotel & Residence Inn by Marriott Reston, this chic, all-day restaurant offers an eclectic menu that invites guests to explore bold combinations, honor tradition, and embrace innovation.
SEVEN will offer breakfast Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 10am and Saturday through Sunday from 7am to 11am. Dinner will be available Sunday through Thursday from 5pm to 11pm and Friday through Saturday 5pm to 12am. Reservations can be made through OpenTable, HERE.
Culinary highlights from Executive Chef Alexis Hernandez include the refreshing SEVEN Salad, with arugula and frisée drizzled in honey-lime vinaigrette and decorated with blue cheese, asian pears and candied walnuts, the hearty Grilled Flank Steak, accompanied with chimichurri with the choice of fries or salad and the Chilean Sea Bass, served with a shrimp rice cake, panca miso glaze and baby spinach. Artfully crafted cocktails include the Signature Gin & Tonic featuring Hendrick’s Gin and SEVEN’s Honeybee Gimlet, made with chamomile-honey syrup topped with raw honeycombs.
