City Ridge residents will be the first to experience Roda’s new innovative service
Washington, DC (June 26, 2024) – Roda, a valet car care company servicing the Washington, DC area, announced today the launch of their new lockbox program. This service is an innovative step in the company’s aim to make owning a car and everything that goes with it easy.

Instead of waiting around at the repair shop, Roda picks up your car from your location, completes the work at their service center in Rockville, Md, and then drops it off afterward, so you can carry on with your day. Roda’s new lockbox service will allow for an even more seamless customer experience for those living in or operating out of larger buildings or office spaces.
Starting Thursday, June 27th, residents at the City Ridge, an apartment complex managed by the Bozzuto Group in Northwest DC, will be the first to utilize the lockbox system to get their car serviced by a vetted group of expert technicians. The process will be completely contactless for residents.

Residents places their keys in a lockbox at City Ridge’s Crescendo South Entrance
Roda team collects keys and takes the resident’s car to service it at Roda’s service center
Roda returns the car and drop the keys back off into the lockbox where the resident can collect them at their convenience
