ZEAL Remote Community Launches Unique Membership Platform for Remote Workers
The platform offers education, convenience, travel benefits, and community with like-minded professionals considering a remote lifestyle
Denver, CO — ZEAL Remote Community is proud to launch as the first membership platform to bring like-minded professionals together, providing a seamless and comprehensive resource for successful remote work. ZEAL exists to connect today’s remote workers, travelers, and digital nomads with the best local resources, tips and tricks to effectively navigate remote working, pre-trip preparation materials and pathways to rewarding immersion into cultures around the world.
ZEAL launches with a mission to create a powerful community of digital nomads built on the foundation of convenience, connectivity and accessibility. Members will discover how to work successfully abroad, as millions of others have started doing since the onset of the global health crisis in 2020. Upon joining, members activate benefits such as hotel and amenity discounts, local business connections and community events, productivity tips and hacks, access to partners to achieve growth, maintain personal health and betterment, and much more.
Not only does ZEAL provide convenience to working remotely, it also unites and connects travelers to local business, experiences and activities. Founder and CMO, Eric Sutfin states, “Travel should be more accessible, easier, and fun! Seeing the disconnect and struggles remote workers have at home or abroad, we see an opportunity to connect location-independent workers to everything they need to seamlessly travel and work on their own schedule.” Together with developer partners at Connective Network, Zeal launches as an easy to use, intuitive mobile application that seamlessly delivers everything remote workers need right at their fingertips. The programmers at Connective are industry leaders in creating and building communities online, bringing them to life through philanthropic initiatives and special events. ZEAL members can look forward to resources that include:
Unique travel tips and remote resources for employees and employers to provide a seamless process for working remotely.
Connections to official partners throughout the travel experience - for home, travel and work.
Overcoming barriers to entry and being connected with experts needed in life abroad, such as health, finance, logistical planning, lodging and more.
Safe and beneficial experiences, online and offline, giving 3% back with the “Love for the Locals” program and event activations that connect members and local community groups.
Access to information to help navigate the visa process, regional information at destinations around the world, and a local community available for real-time inquiries, experiential feedback and timely updates.
Early members can access VIP Membership for one year ($95) with the launch of the ZEAL App. Alternatively, VIP Lifetime Membership ($475) offers immediate access to the full ZEAL platform and includes an invitation to join a special kickoff activation in Barbados in June. Members get exclusive access to join the “Behind the Scenes” trip and a full itinerary of private events, meet and greets with travel writers and influencers, and discounts from ZEAL travel partners. ZEAL is also offering early members a special 50% savings through a launch referral program.
According to Investopia, “70 million people want to ‘work remotely’ for more than 3 months… yet, only 4.8 million are actually remote working globally.” Digital nomads combine working remotely and traveling for various reasons and lengths of time, taking ‘workcations’ lasting from several weeks to many months. United by a passion for travel and new adventures, digital nomads enjoy the ability to work anywhere they can connect to the Internet.
ZEAL launches this summer with a first of its kind immersive remote working showcase in partnership with the government of Barbados. Early adopters of ZEAL can join the experience in partnership with the Barbados Hotel & Tourism Association and Intimate Hotels of Barbados for an itinerary packed with accommodations, experiences and event activation that remote working provides. Why Barbados? Early in the pandemic, Barbados was a global leader in accepting foreign long-term workers through its unique Welcome Stamp program. Since then the Caribbean nation has welcomed thousands of users, many of whom are still in Barbados, working and contributing to the local economy and infrastructure.
Beyond the legal structures in place, Barbados provides a local Infrastructure ideal for remote working. The island nation has a history of being proactive, sustainable, and thus maintains the established infrastructure for an extended traveler to enjoy the same comforts of home while abroad for an extended time. By launching ZEAL with this special summer program, Sutfin and partners intend to create a framework from which the global community to expand to other destinations. As the community grows in places with unique appeal, new types of workers - those with varied hours of operation, technical needs or capacities, or special interests - will have access to myriad activities and people to create a global community and local impact.
Sutfin added, “This event will share how others have made the remote lifestyle work for them and hopefully inspire others to see that it is possible to live and work where you want, whether that be for a few weeks, a cold winter get-away or an empty-nester escape for a few years! Remote work is here to stay and we are excited to do our part to make sustainable extended travel more accessible than ever. At ZEAL we are uniting global remote working.”
