New Shows Announced at City Winery

Tickets still available for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day shows!

WASHINGTON, DC — City Winery Washington DC (1350 Okie St NE) has added new winter shows to the Concert Venue and Wine Garden. Just announced are performances by Go-go, R&B, Jazz, and Pop artists from around the country.

The incomparable Macy Gray takes to the Concert Venue for two nights on 3/2 and 3/3 singing her full repertoire of hits. Valentine’s Day in The Wine Garden will be hosted by genre-defying six-piece band Secret Society, adding a mix of jazz, old school R&B, hip-hop and pop to the romantic holiday, on a Friday this year. Vybe Band returns for another showstopping performance later in the month on 2/26. Jazz musician and D.C native, Ben Williams arrives 3/19 to debut his album I Am A Man with an energizing show full of his distinctive sounds.

This week begins with R&B artist Lyfe Jennings ringing in 2020 with two shows. Up in the Wine Garden, the last night of the year is hosted by Secret Society, back at City Winery by popular demand. Celebrate the start of a new year when Jennings returns on Wednesday for a special Lyfe Jennings - New Year’s Day Broken Resolutions Party!

The weekend starts on 1/3 with Americana musicians Christian Lopez, James Shaffer, and Chris Cassaday. On 1/4, singer-songwriter Anthony David performs music from his album Hello Like Before: The Songs of Bill Withers and up in the Wine Garden, an interactive comedy show, Murder Mystery Comedy Show: The Newly Dead Game takes the stage for a night of fun and laughs. The Corcoran Holt Quintet featuring Stacy Dillard, Keyon Harrold, ELEW, Carroll Dashiell III celebrate jazz with a dynamic and vibrant performance on 1/5.

City Winery’s first floor Barrel Room Restaurant & Wine Bar is available for pre- or post-show dinner and drinks. Reservations can be made at www.citywinery.com/washingtondc.
