WHAT: dLeña by Chef Richard Sandoval is excited to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a modern Mexican bites menu, specialty cocktail, and live music. Throughout the evening, enjoy an array of bites including taco de carnitas (tacos with pork shoulder confit, red pickled onions, cilantro, and salsa verde cruda), pinchos de lomo (macha-marinated beef tenderloin wings and chimichurri), empanadas de hongos (tacos with roasted mushrooms, manchego cheese, and guajillo sauce), habanero shrimp ceviche (cucumbers, onions, citrus spicy broth, and mango), and street corn (chipotle mayo, cotija cheese, and tajin spice) served exclusively at the upstairs dLeña bar and downstairs at dLeña ROJA.
