Atlas Brew Works Releases The Precious One
One year after lawsuit filed, Ivy City brewery releases its apricot IPA
Washington, DC — Ivy City brewery Atlas Brew Works is excited to announce that The Precious One, its apricot-infused beer that started the lawsuit with the federal government last January, has returned. The IPA boasts ripe apricot notes atop a hoppy base for a delicate and sweet bouquet of flavor. To celebrate The Precious One release and Valentine’s Day, Atlas will host a market event at City Tap Penn Quarter on Friday, February 14.
Official Tap Room Release at Atlas Brew Works – Friday, January 31 @ 4pm
Celebrate the official Tap Room release at Atlas Brew Works (2052 West Virginia Ave NE) on Friday, January 31. Beginning at 4pm, the apricot IPA will be available for purchase on draft and by six-pack to go. Guests in the mood for something other than beer can enjoy Atlas’ new lemon-raspberry seltzer, 100% gluten-free and now available in the Tap Room.
Super Bowl Sunday at Atlas Brew Works – Sunday, February 2 @ 11am
Make sure to grab six-packs or get a growler filled ahead of the big game. Throughout the month of February, guests will receive $1 off six-packs of The Precious One.
The Precious One Release at City Tap Penn Quarter – Friday, February 14 @ 5pm
This Valentine’s Day from 5pm to close, visit City Tap Penn Quarter (901 9th Street NW) for a mini tap-takeover of The Precious One and other Atlas brews for $7. Pair the beers with City Tap’s comfort food specials and take part in a “Ditch Your Duds” clothing drive. Guests are invited to bring in their ex’s (or own) clothes to donate to Martha’s Table for a complimentary happy hour drink.
