Upscale Seafood Restaurant in Downtown Anthem Row to Fill 100+ Positions Ahead of March Opening
Washington, DC – Truluck’s Ocean's Finest Seafood and Crab (700 K Street, NW) will open its first location in the capital region in April, and is currently looking to hire more than 100 enthusiastic professionals to join the team led by veteran General Manager Bond Davis. The popular seafood restaurant was founded in 1992, specializing in fresh, sustainable seafood from around the globe, succulent Florida stone crab, and impeccable wine, all served by Truluck’s attentive staff. Positions are available in both front and back-of-house capacities, including servers, bartenders, hosts, line cooks and more.

Truluck’s is leasing 10,313 square feet on the ground and second floors at the newly renovated K Street corner at Anthem Row, making it the company’s 13th restaurant nationwide. Since it was founded, Truluck’s has wowed diners in locations in throughout Texas and Florida, California and Illinois. The D.C. location will feature a vibrant, Stone Crab Lounge with live entertainment, sparkling chandeliers, signature red leather horseshoe booths, warm mahogany wainscoting, and floor-to-ceiling windows with illuminated draperies, combining to give the restaurant an elegant, welcoming feel that will be familiar to fans of the brand.
For three generations, Truluck’s dedicated team of crabbing professionals has served humane and sustainable crabs. The crab is 100 percent carnivorous, resulting in a meaty, protein-rich claw, which is fully cooked, chilled, pre-cracked, and ready to enjoy. The animals are returned to the Gulf of Mexico waters immediately to regenerate, making the population sustainable for generations to come.
