Bulla Gastrobar Atlanta Announces New Winter Menu

Indulge in Spanish-inspired seasonal dishes and cocktails to keep warm this Winter

Atlanta, GA (January 16, 2025)—Bulla Gastrobar (60 11th St NE) is excited to release its new delectable winter menu. Starting today, January 16th, and running through April 2, guests can indulge in the new seasonal Spanish-style dishes that will be available for a limited time only.

Bulla Gastrobar continues to take inspiration from Spain, bringing people together over tapas-style dishes. Standout offerings include the Chistorra a la Sidra, thin Spanish-style sausage simmered in cider and served with baguette and Clams with Pork Belly, featuring clams cooked in white wine with diced tomatoes and basil, accompanied by baguette. The winter menu also introduces two new cocktails: Smoke & Spice, a sweet and spicy blend of Mezcal and Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, and Bulla’s unique take on a Spiced Old Fashioned, enhanced with winter spiced syrup and Angostura bitters. Bulla Gastrobar is located at 60 11th St NE in Atlanta. Lunch hours are 11:30 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday. Dinner hours are 4 pm - 10 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 4 pm - 11 pm Friday and Saturday. Brunch is available from 11:30 am - 4 pm Saturday, and 11 am - 4 pm Sunday. Happy hour is offered from 4 pm - 6:30 pm Monday through Friday and from 4 pm - 6:30 pm Saturday and Sunday. Reservations can be made HERE.
