Choose from flavorful starters like king crab with a celery root duo and ginger-oyster sabayon, poached egg with salmon caviar and chive beurre blanc on toast, and duck prosciutto. Main dishes include branzino with royal soy-temple orange glaze and black garlic mushroom toast, oxtail with potato-cabbage cake, mustard jus, and baby beets, and vol-au-vent with root vegetables and a lambic demi-glace.
