Certo! Announces New Spring Cocktail Menu Ahead of National Cocktail Day
The Certo! cocktail menu features a colorful variety of springtime flavors over four new drinks
Washington, DC — Certo!, the new casual Italian style cuisine restaurant in the heart of DC’s Dupont Circle neighborhood, is excited to debut a new seasonal cocktail menu highlighting springtime flavors featuring specialty infused spirits and syrups. Featuring a variety of fresh and seasonal ingredients, guests can enjoy a selection of reimagined classic cocktails designed to be paired with a lineup of Italian classics such as pizzas, homemade pastas and more.
Certo’s springtime cocktail menu highlights the fruits and flavors of the season through a variety of special spirits. Guests looking to partake in the festivities of Cherry Blossom season can order Fiorire, a floral delight featuring Swedish fish infused Catoctin gin, elderflower liqueur, cherry liqueur, and lemon. For guests looking to indulge in something more spicy, Mt Vesuvius, is the cocktail for them. Highlighting seasonal peppers, the cocktail includes fresno pepper infused El Jimador, jalapeno simple syrup, luxardo maraschino cherry liqueur, hellfire bitters, and lime. Additional spring sips include The Heel featuring blackberry infused Evan Williams, blackberry simple syrup, and lemon bitters and The Gondola mixed with Cruzan rum, velvet falernum, strawberry simple syrup, pineapple, and lime.
Certo! specializes in casual Italian cuisine highlighted through house-made pizzas and pastas accompanied by local meats and seafood. Certo! prides itself as the perfect neighborhood spot for gathering through their thoughtfully designed interior and multiple seating areas. Executive Chef James Hudson along with lead mixologist Insik Nam bring a collaborative approach to creating tasty dishes and curated cocktails alike, creating a refreshing excitement to the dining experience as guests taste their way through Italy.
Guests are invited to join Certo! for dinner from 5:00 pm until 9:30 pm Tuesday and Wednesday and from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm Thursday - Saturday. Certo! offers happy hour Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am until 1:30 pm.
