Skydome Debuts First Holiday Brunches Following Reopening
Celebrate Easter with a decadent brunch buffet on April 9 + Mother’s Day Brunch on May 14
WHAT: Skydome is excited to announce two holiday brunches for the first time since its reopening, starting with Easter brunch on Sunday, April 9 and a memorable Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 14.
For Easter, the legendary rotating rooftop restaurant is offering a gourmet all-you-can-eat buffet curated by Executive Chef Klaus Happel. The selection will include a raw bar with Oysters in the Half Shell, a carving station that features Roasted Leg of Lamb with dijon mustard and mint jelly, and Salmon Coulibiac with a saffron sauce. Hot menu items will include Seafood Cioppino, Fried Chicken and Waffles with spicy maple syrup, Eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce and Latin Style Grilled Skirt Steak. Cold menu items include Seared Ahi Tuna and Soba Noodle Salad in a sweet ginger vinaigrette, Yogurt Parfaits and Smoked Salmon with cream cheese, capers, eggs and shallots. There will also be an assortment of petit desserts!
One round of mimosas for the table are also included for ages 21 and up. See full menu here.
On Mother’s Day, Skydome welcomes in all guests to enjoy another masterful all-you-can-eat buffet curated by Chef Happel. The selection will include a raw bar with Oysters in the Half Shell, a carving station that features Prime Rib with a bearnaise sauce and a green pepper sauce, and Virginia Ham with dijon mustard. Hot menu items will include Crabmeat Ravioli with lobster sauce and sauteed shrimp, Cheese Blintzes with cherries and toasted almonds, Veal Scallopini, and Sauteed Salmon with an exotic fruit salsa. Cold menu items include a Charcuterie Platter and assorted cheeses with bread and crackers, Smoked Salmon with cream cheese, capers, eggs and shallots and an assortment of fresh sliced fruit and mixed berries. There will also be a dessert bar with assorted petit desserts!
