Spring Happenings at The Watermark Hotel

Celebrate the start of spring with an Easter egg hunt on the Perch, the reopening of Perch Putt, seasonal dishes and cocktails at Wren, a special staycation package, and more!

Tysons, VA — The blossoms are blooming and The Watermark Hotel (1825 Capital One Drive South, Tysons, Virginia, 22102) is stepping into spring with a variety of seasonal activities and offerings. Families can take part in a special Easter egg hunt on The Perch, book an exclusive staycation in the property’s elevated suites, play a round of miniature golf at Perch Putt, enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience at Wren, and capture the perfect Instagrammable shots with the property’s festive decor and cherry blossom decorative displays. 

Families are invited to bring out their best pastels for a special Easter egg hunt on The Perch on Saturday, April 8. Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. with the egg hunt starting at 10 a.m. The fun continues into the afternoon with a slew of activities on the Great Lawn including yard games, a petting zoo with alpacas and bunnies, temporary tattoos, photos with The Easter Bunny , selfie stations, sack races, prizes and more. Tickets are required for all children participating in the Easter egg hunt and can be purchased here. Adults do not need tickets for admission. Families can make the most of the weekend by booking the “Easter Staycation” package. Those who book this package on Friday or Saturday will receive up to two tickets to the egg hunt and a complimentary foursome to Perch Putt. To book this package, visit here.

The festivities continue on Saturday, April 8 as Perch Putt officially kicks off its second season on The Perch. Celebrate the reopening of the 18-hole putt putt golf course by taking in few rounds, enjoying the stunning skyline views, and welcoming back the unique food and beverage trucks: Grandpa Hank’s Jamaican Kitchen, Los Dos Carlos Street Tacos, and Rhum Roost, all of which are housed in retro themed vehicles dating back to the 1950s. Local radio personalities will be on hand to provide entertainment and tunes. Perch Putt is open Monday - Thursday 3 p.m. - 9 p.m., Friday 3 p.m. - 10 p.m., Saturday 12 p.m. - 10 p.m., and Sunday 12 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Guests can delight their taste buds at Wren, located on the 11th floor of The Watermark Hotel, with Chef Yo’s seasonal menu specials and a limited time cherry blossom inspired cocktail. Spring highlights include an omakase bento box, maitake mushroom tempura, Japanese cheesecake with cherry ice cream, and caviar and champagne. Sip on a festive Petal in the Wind infused with strawberry roku gun and cherry brandy, Wren’s house made Yuzucello, cherry blossom bitters and egg white garnished with flower petals.
