Washington, DC — Certo!, the new casual Italian style cuisine restaurant in the heart of DC’s Dupont Circle neighborhood, is excited to debut a brunch menu featuring iconic breakfast staples such as malted waffles, steak and eggs and avocado toast, as well as out-of-the-box brunch offers such as house-made meatball sliders and their signature margarita pizza. Featuring a variety of fresh and seasonal ingredients, guests can enjoy a selection of Italian classic dishes paired with a lineup of libations such as mimosas, bloody marys and bellinis.
Certo! specializes in casual Italian cuisine highlighted through house-made pizzas and pastas accompanied by local meats and seafood. Certo! prides itself as the perfect neighborhood spot for gathering through their thoughtfully designed interior and multiple seating areas. Executive Chef James Hudson along with lead mixologist Insik Nam bring a collaborative approach to creating tasty dishes and curated cocktails alike, creating a refreshing excitement to the dining experience as guests taste their way through Italy.
Guests are invited to join Certo! for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am until 1:30 pm. Certo! serves dinner from 4:30 pm until 9:00 pm Tuesday-Thursday and from 5:00 pm until 9:30 pm on Friday & Saturday.
