Welcome Guests For A 4-Course Wine Pairing Dinner

WHAT: 

Skydome Restaurant is partnering with Barboursville Vineyards for a special wine pairing dinner on its revolving rooftop restaurant overlooking the National Mall. Guests will experience a 4-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef, Chris Murry, with a selection of handpicked wines from Barboursville Vineyards presented by Showman Somm, Jason Tesauro.

Menu highlights include the Charcuterie Board featuring four selections of meat, marcona almonds, fig preserve and artisanal bread as the starter. The Tuna Tartare features a chili mango salsa to provide a taste of summer. The third course is a delicious Provençal Lamb accompanied with garlic mashed potato and grilled asparagus as the main course. The final course being dessert, provides guests with the opportunity to try two fan favorites which are the Mini Panna Cotta and Mini Crème Brûlée. Reservations are required and are now available on OpenTable. The event is 21+ only with a prepaid, nonrefundable ticket of $150 per person including taxes and service charges. Self-parking is available at the hotel’s underground parking garage; tickets can be validated at the restaurant after the event.
