Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is Opening Soon in Bethesda

The highly anticipated third location in the DMV is set to open soon at 2 Bethesda Metro Center

Bethesda, MD (February 26, 2025)Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is expanding its footprint in the DMV with the opening of its third location in the region at 2 Bethesda Metro Center, bringing its signature modern take on traditional Peruvian cuisine to even more guests. Known for bold ceviches, unique cocktails, and vibrant atmosphere, Pisco y Nazca offers a social dining experience with an open kitchen and a wide selection of local and international beers. 

The restaurant is perfect for casual meals, brunches, happy hours, or private events. Its atmosphere is casual, trendy, and fun with a subtle touch of sophistication. It will also feature a patio, offering guests an inviting outdoor space to dine and socialize. Its name references two key Peruvian locations: Pisco, the city famous for Pisco brandy, and Nazca, known for the ancient Nazca Lines. Together, the name evokes the idea of enjoying drinks and great company in a vibrant, lively atmosphere.


The highly anticipated opening will offer the same exceptional dining experience that has made its other six locations nationwide a success, including the Ceviche Sampler, Pisco Flight, Lomo Saltado, Sushi, Causa Crocante & more.


Pisco y Nazca's interiors are designed to immerse guests in a vibrant, Peruvian-inspired atmosphere that reflects the restaurant's cultural roots. Pisco y Nazca Bethesda is expected to open in mid-March and will be open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 am - 10 pm, Friday from 11:30 am - 11 pm, Saturday from 11 am - 11 pm, and Sunday from 11 am - 10 pm.
