Washington, DC—Fully vaccinated restaurant industry professionals and their fans gathered tonight at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for the 39th Annual RAMMY Awards as Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) announced winners and awarded a range of special distinctions following a year unlike any other. Special for this year only, RAMW, the esteemed panel of RAMMYS judges, and the 2021 RAMMYS Chairs Committee came together to identify categories that spoke to 2020 and the myriad of challenges, unforeseen hurdles, and opportunities that let creativity and ingenuity shine.
