‘The Landing Kitchen + Bar’ Debuts in Hilton Arlington National Landing
Experience Revamped American Cuisine Through Inaugural Handcrafted Menu
ARLINGTON, VA —The Landing Kitchen + Bar, located inside the recently renovated Hilton Arlington National Landing (2399 Richmond Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202), is welcoming guests with menus focused on reimagined American classics highlighting fresh and seasonal ingredients. The maiden menus come from and are masterfully executed by Executive Chef Lucian Weavil.
Chef Weavil brings 25 years of experience in high leadership positions as Executive Chef and District Executive Chef with him to this new role leading the Hilton Arlington National Landing dining program. The approachably elegant restaurant offers a stellar dinner experience complemented by a diverse beverage program anchored by a spacious, contemporary bar and lounge.

Lunch and dinner offerings will include classic dishes such as House-made Meatballs with Herb Tomato Coulis, Mini Hot Dogs with Chili, Pickled Red Onion and Yellow Mustard, and various Flatbreads. The main events at dinner include: Roasted Half Chicken with Potato Purée, Pan Gravy and Haricot Verts. The Seared Salmon Filet accompanied by Baby Spinach, Potato Purée, Tomato Confit and Lemon Olive Oil. Guests can also find staples like the House Burgers and indulge in tasty desserts after with a Warm Apple Crisp, Flourless Chocolate Cake or New York Style Cheesecake.

The Landing has also kept vegetarians and vegans in mind when developing their menu. Offerings include: Mushroom Bolognese with Linguine, Basil Oil and Vegan Cashew Parmesan, and a Beyond Burger with Cheddar, Iceberg, Pickle, Onion, Tomato, Garlic Aioli served on a Brioche Bun.
