Marriage Involves U.S. Air Force and U.S. Coast Guard
Arlington, VA [July 9, 2019] “It is awesome that Operation I Do exists,” wrote U.S. Air Force Airman First Class, Charisma Jansen, when she applied to win a dream wedding for her and her fiancé, Kenny Olivieri a Health Services Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard. Dreams do come true. Kidd O’Shea of WJLA7 informed Charisma Jansen on camera at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City, that she and her fiancé won. They will tie the knot at the hotel on Veterans Day weekend, Sunday, November 10, 2019.
Airman Jansen will start planning her wedding over the next few months with celebrity chef Robert Irvine and Ritz-Carlton Executive Chef Sriram Hariharan for the wedding reception, dinner and wedding cake. Decisions will be made, guided by the hotel’s Director of Catering and veteran wedding specialist, Carole Sala, concerning wedding bands, invitations, flowers, music, décor, hair, photography and videography.
